Most people who work here are nice and care about creating a friendly environment at work. Great flexible working options - keeping a lot of the good people here despite the lack of motivation, direction and leadership.
Cons
No certainty or security at all in Insurance or group. Budgets are non existent. Looking likely for more mandated office time in Folkestone which would remove the main benefit of working here
