      Pros

      Sephora is was an exciting place to work. There was always something to do. The discount was decent for high end products.

      Cons

      Very unorganized management. Management is young an inexperienced. Many customers are unhappy and are not enjoyable to help. Catty employees and customers make it a very miserable place to be.

      -Gratis -Mostly good coworkers who were helpful and knowledgeable

      Cons

      -Requires open availability for just part-time work -Operations associates were also expected to do the work of Beauty Advisors while also juggling our responsibilities -Low pay -No flexibility for over time
