Pros

- Feels like family - Leadership are extremely efficient and caring - Sephora values <3 - Training weeks and SOS - Higher payment than average retail stores - Doesn't feel like real job because it's so much fun - Get real friends for life - I learn so much that I cannot even describe - Constant possibilities to learn and to transition between worlds (skin, makeup, cash) - Clear possibilties to grow within the company (seasonal > full-time > leader > specialist > expert > director... etc) - Change a person (clients) life everyday.

Cons

- If you are not passionate about it you are going to do real bad - Have to be happy, bubbly and energized all the time - Lots of time avaiability right at hiring for Sephora training (which is actually very nice)

Pros

Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
