Gratis Trainings Growth opportunities Sephora as a company- the people behind Sephora (the CEO, VP, district managers, etc.) are all amazing people that value their employees and clients and create such a wonderful inspiring environment
Cons
The management within stores.. I have worked in multiple Sephora stores and The Store managers and Leads are always super catty and jealous and will stunt your growth if they simply do not care for you
