Pros
You get to learn a lot of things, undergo trainings, work with different nationalities, get a very good commission, you get personal allowances, talk and grow with people coming in and out of Sephora, may be it a customer, friend, or colleague and best of all is to experience and try one of the latest products if not all, the luxurious brands in the market.
Cons
Getting to work with Arabic people is different, you need to understand them for a reason you don't want and to 'probably' behave like them in order to cope up with their 'i don't know' what kind of mentality. It sucks really. But in Sephora, it is still cool.
