- Free make up (alllll the time) - Amazing people to work with - Great place to make professional contacts - Fantastic training - Good team environment - Store discount
Cons
- Pay is average if you're just starting out - Even if you're not standing around doing nothing, management are very focused on you 'looking' busy - even if there's nothing to do/no customers - When I quit, I was nothing to management any more, even though they were super lovely to me before
