Free products, exceptional education and investment the company makes with each individual. Feels like home away from home and you meet so many interesting people both internally and externally.

Cons

It's really hard to find people who are committed to working hard, dependable and want to build a career. Often times you get one bad apple who insist on remaining a negative nelly and infest the team.

Pros

Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
