Pros

Very fun, energetic work environment. The skills that you learn here are incomparable to any other customer service job.

Cons

Depending on who is in your team (as is the case with all jobs), some people can become gossipy, catty, or rude. My general advice is to steer clear of this type of stuff, especially in the workplace. Customers can also be extremely rude. But on the flipside, there are customers that absolutely make your week.

Pros

Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
