      Pros

      The company is very innovative with technology and has strong values of the client comes first. Salaried managers wages are competive. Cast gratis is amazing!

      Cons

      Hourly manager wages are not competive and it is hard to find good people. Sephora used to attract the best candidates for makeup artists and now those artists don't think of working at Sephora. Our clients feel they can return anything!

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
