Pros
Great fun WHEN you can work. The Director that hired me was great and super excited to have someone with my knowledge base working there, but the new leadership seemed to be somewhat intimidated by someone who knew more.
Cons
If you are a straight man it seems that this company is not comfortable with you. There were only 2 straight guys and one was a manager but at least 6-8 makeup wearing guys, I know I was far better at my position than any one in the store and sold several times the volume, but yet the other seasonal "guys" were kept and I was pretty much shunned without even a face to face discussion.
