      Gets a lot of overtime during each month with varying pay per hour according to workload.

      Cons

      Don't know if it's a con; I enjoyed working 12-hour night shifts. The only thing is you have to work alternate weekends as per schedule. I didn't find it as a con as I enjoyed it.
