Enjoyable 12-hour shifts with plenty of overtime

Pros

Gets a lot of overtime during each month with varying pay per hour according to workload.

Cons

Don't know if it's a con; I enjoyed working 12-hour night shifts. The only thing is you have to work alternate weekends as per schedule. I didn't find it as a con as I enjoyed it.

Cons

Shift-based work. Not very progressive; lots of cost-cutting and little to no investment towards improvements/change unless there is a clear failure to operate.
