- flexibility, can work from home - if you are lazy, you are not required to do extra, just do your base job as usual you will be fine, there is no performance appraisal
Cons
- there is no performance appraisal, no peer review, increment is based on manager's perspective thus creating bootlicking culture instead of real performance - people are discouraging of growth and innovation, detractors are untouched, no coaching or consequence. - thus, no much incentives of doing extra miles
