      Growth & Career progression depends on individual and team dynamics. Work pressure can be huge depending on roles. Benefits and policy at top level is good but implementation is poor.

      Pros

      Great company and coworkers. People are very nice and friendly and the CEC is a nice place to work and the role has flexible hours.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done so there's a lot of stress that comes with the role. There are times where you will have to work over 40 hours a week. Seems like work-life balance is not prioritized.
