      The work culture is pretty fine.

      At Siemens GBS there is an entry level role called GET but they hide the JD thats how me and my frnds got fooled thinking its some good EC related role but the role was related to Cost Estimation, so beware when they tell you about GET role for Siemens GBS.

      Pros

      Great company and coworkers. People are very nice and friendly and the CEC is a nice place to work and the role has flexible hours.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done so there's a lot of stress that comes with the role. There are times where you will have to work over 40 hours a week. Seems like work-life balance is not prioritized.
