Pros
Very good benefits. Great co-workers. You do not need too much knowledge to start.
Cons
Never got any good/bad feedback from seniors. Hardly see any promotions. Upward mobility is very slow or does not exist at all for most employee. Very little/ No communication between upper management and Engineers.
