      Pros

      Huge company with awesome products. Work with Germans is nice because they are very professional. .

      Cons

      A lot of burocracy! You have to follow a lot of guidelines which most of the times are not teached, So, is hard to make it without spending time working on that.

      Pros

      Great company and coworkers. People are very nice and friendly and the CEC is a nice place to work and the role has flexible hours.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done so there's a lot of stress that comes with the role. There are times where you will have to work over 40 hours a week. Seems like work-life balance is not prioritized.
