A very good company that takes care of it's employees. Strictly committed for quality of goods to deliver customer. Steps taken for compliance are really admirable. employees are more empowered in their field.
Cons
There are some time consuming activities to take decision. Siemens is an average paying company so brain drain is also a problem.
