The company is willing to do a lot for its employees. Although it asks quite a bit at times, it is also willing to give quite a bit to help ensure a good balance of work and home life as well as continued employee development.

Sometimes the company focuses a little to much on the importance of engineering and makes it a focal point at times it shouldn't be.
