Women cannot advance in Admin. Sexual harrassment is rampant. Management is Good Ole Boy network. If you question them you are told you are lucky to have a job. Management does not know how to manage and their answer to everything is like it or leave, conform or leave, love it or leave. This particular location has a manager who forces Christianity on you and during office meetings tells you he is going to "preach the gospel". Admin manager undermines you so she does not have to give you a raise. She gets a bigger raise when you don't because her department costs are down. This location was purchased by Siemens but they didn't weed out the bad apples. In fact, they don't seem to care about this site.
