      The focus on business to society and willingness to take responsibility for the role Siemens can play for critical needs such as decarbonisation. The company is brilliant in investing in their workforce to make sure employees are skills and qualified to a high standard.

      As with any large organisation there is a level of bureaucracy and inefficiency

      Pros

      Great company and coworkers. People are very nice and friendly and the CEC is a nice place to work and the role has flexible hours.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done so there's a lot of stress that comes with the role. There are times where you will have to work over 40 hours a week. Seems like work-life balance is not prioritized.
