Good learning environment for technical roles specially in R&D Comfortable work culture(varies based on location) Salaries at par with competitor companies(compa ratio based) Great benefits other than salaries(Insurance, child care, car scheme etc.) Global policy of allowing work from home for 2 to 3 days per week.
Cons
Not so good canteen and there are no other option nearby(Goa location) There are no in-company relaxation zones for stress relief during breaks. Few levels of hierarchy leading to only 4 possible promotions(Service period ~10years).
