Bureaukratic and tons of complex internal rules. You are working for the systems - the systems are not working for you. This make it to difficult to concentrate and make progress for the essential - to do buisness and top quality. The leaders support each other in every means. Also if they make big mistakes and the employee criticise their behavior, it will be the employee that needs to leave the company. The bad leader continue his bad way of guiding and leading the employees. In Denmark at Siemens Wind Power, there are a lot of germans comming to work 2 - 4 years, only to do an career and to get further up in the hieraki and revert back to Germany for a even higher position. This makes no homogen and solid departments and only add "I dont care" behavior by the danish employees. The germans, how ever dont see this - believe it or not. But it makes a sick culture and no progress at all. Such a waste and shame of a good concept.
