      Pros

      Great company with lot of opportunities. Friendly staff and lot of room to grow. People are passionate about their work and they stay there for long period of time.

      Cons

      Siemens is too big and politically oriented. There is very little diversity at the senior management level. Management structure is too complicated. Lot of unnecessary processes.

      Pros

      Great company and coworkers. People are very nice and friendly and the CEC is a nice place to work and the role has flexible hours.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done so there's a lot of stress that comes with the role. There are times where you will have to work over 40 hours a week. Seems like work-life balance is not prioritized.
