I was really excited to join Siemens Industry Software(Polarion) when I received an employment offer. First 5-7 work days passed, working on setting up development environment and getting permissions and approvals. One day when I went to the company premises to get my PKI card, I was warned by IT Support Member that I would face weird things during my probation period here. On my 25th work day, when I finished my second task and another developer contacted me to introduce another part of the application to me, I was called to 1:1 meeting by the line manger. During this 1:1 meeting, the line manager told me that they wouldn't continue with me without a clear reason. Until that moment, there was no warning, feedback or indication. I would never recommend this company where probation period is used unprofessionally and unnaturally.
