Pros
Good products. Very robust and dependable. Excellent hardware design and ergonomics.
Cons
Micromanagement, lots of unnecessary and redundant reports. If you differ with management you are treated as an outsider and life is made very difficult. Products are made by engineers for engineers that makes for a very steep learning curve for the customer. The end users of these products are supposed to be focusing on patient care not interacting with an overly complex user interface.
