Job Security Benefits are good 401k match is solid Pay is decent if you are good friends with management or in good standings

Pay is level is unfair based on experience. I have been in the position for 4 years with a bachelors degree and worked very hard to get up too and had to ask for a pay rise to get to 95k (started at 58k) when they promoted a BAU tech within the company whos been a tech for 7 years no degree and they make 135k Work load is a lot and you are expected to do a lot in the role and do more than required Work balance is not good working on weekends to catch up wheels program is horrible doesnt cover the amount of traveling you do
