      Free food is there.. Gym is good

      Management politics would be there . Just like that they will fire the people..all product owner and scrum masters are from service based companies .they will micromanagement ...

      Pros

      Great company and coworkers. People are very nice and friendly and the CEC is a nice place to work and the role has flexible hours.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done so there's a lot of stress that comes with the role. There are times where you will have to work over 40 hours a week. Seems like work-life balance is not prioritized.
