      They will give you oppertunity here n there but they will have the full control over it and make it look like u r winning

      Cons

      TOXIC long working hrs overtime for which u never get paid for expect from u to be available 24x7 no work life balance pay is bare minimum if u r a fresher (but can easily get this job)

      Pros

      Great company and coworkers. People are very nice and friendly and the CEC is a nice place to work and the role has flexible hours.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done so there's a lot of stress that comes with the role. There are times where you will have to work over 40 hours a week. Seems like work-life balance is not prioritized.
