Great culture, great company - Anonymous employee SiteMinder Employee Review

I have worked for SiteMinder for more than a year in the Sydney HQ and I have really enjoyed it. My manager and all of the other leaders I have contact with are really reasonable and there is a culture of helpfulness and support. The two founders work out on the floor with everyone else and they are very approachable and friendly. Teams seem to work well together to achieve. The office environment has a great social atmosphere with Friday night drinks and other regular events. The office itself is in great location in downtown Sydney with views of the harbour. Interview process - The interview process took a while but was pretty straightforward with a phone screen and then a couple of in person interviews. The interview questions were honest and not tricky! :)
