Pros

The Galway team is a fabulous group to work with, especially the Onboarding team, who despite the downturn in Hospitality last year and the problems with Covid, turned up 100% - every day, to train and deliver services for the customers. It was an absolute pleasure to work with them and support the growth and development of the office. My personal peer and leadership team was outstanding, supportive, caring, and professional - I learned a huge amount from them which I will carry through my career.

Cons

Less of a con and more an observation - stretching hours for those in global roles or projects can pull team members across the whole company into early mornings and late evenings, which can lead to a struggle to stop thinking about work!

Given our global environment, our working hours can be aligned with global calendars from time to time, which is one of the reasons why we operate a very flexible approach to working hours, including our open working policy to ensure that work-life balance & work location flexibility is maintained.
