3yThank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience. It's great to hear that you enjoy our flexibility and culture, but also hear your concerns. We are going through a period of rapid growth which is exciting, but also means that sometimes our processes struggle to keep up with our pace. We are currently looking at our Sales and Onboarding processes to try and streamline and automate in order to improve the experience for both customers and employees who support our customers. This is an ongoing evolution.
Our Chief Product Officer has also commenced a bi-monthly all hands to ensure employees are aware of the product roadmap and the status of any bugs and enhancements.
