Pros
A young workforce with some amazing minds working there. Forced closure over Christmas is only 3 days (good). Extra day of leave for your birthday.
Cons
Given that the company is listed and currently very focused on profitability, benefits are a bit more limited. While there are some amazing people working there, there are also some people who are in managerial positions with no ability to manage and this makes some teams not very nice to work in.
