      Pros

      Great place to work. Lots of smart talent people. Great WFH policy and work life balance is something the company prides itself in. I only have good things to say about Slalom.

      Cons

      I wish there was more opportunities for growth, questionable about the future growth of the company with everything happening with AI.

      A lot of opportunity as the company is well positioned with tier 1 technologies in their overall stack giving them a broader perspective to bring to the market

      Constant change in leadership & evolving commission structure - has created a level of uncertainty in the direction the ship is being steered
