Pros
Great Environment, everyone was very supportive.
Cons
The work/life balance that I heard a lot about when I first started slowly disappeared over the course of a year. They changed things quite a bit, and I believed fully in the mission and the future with the company. Sadly, as things changed, they leads did not come in like they used to and they changed the requirement to not get written up, go on a verbal, etc. This wiped many people out, and we were being asked to come in many times on our days off for many hours to try and keep up. The future may be very bright, but it was a troubling time seeing about 3/4 of the 200 person sales floor that we had all known go down to almost 50. The length of time it took to make money was also a burden. We had to micro-manage every job from sale all the way to installation and it usually took about 3 months to get a commission on it. Then, it was on our last paycheck of the NEXT month that we got to see that money.
