Pros
Wonderful people who genuinely want to help each other out. Great benefits. Great facilities (Las Vegas offices). Pay could be better, but good bonus structure balances that out.
Cons
When I first started there over 3 years ago, the company would take care of the employees, trusting us to take care of the customers. About 2 years ago, there was a big change and it became all about the numbers. Employees being told to do what's right by the company, not the customer...even when the company was at fault. Too many meetings, resulting in impacted numbers which then results in management wanting even more meetings to discuss why work isn't being done. Add to this, WAY too many changes in the process guides. I get that some change is needed in order to keep up with the changing environment, but the number of changes that the employees here need to keep up with, I'm honestly stunned that anything gets done. Unless you were part of the clique, good luck getting any kind of promotion. Lost count of how many times I saw great candidates (myself included) being overlooked for promotion in order to have someones buddy promoted. Some lower managers/supervisors......well I have no idea how they're still employed, let alone holding positions of authority.
