Pros
Pretty good benefits, good job to start as a graduate, they give you a sense a hope for a great career at one of the largest companies in the field.
Cons
After a couple of months, you realize that you didn't study to do something that basic (running macros and pressing buttons), after a year, you hope you will get a promotion (if you are lucky and if your boss likes you). You get your promotion going from fund accountant to senior fund accountant and you think that you really improve until you realized that you are paid only a bit more to clean the mess of the others co-workers who doesn't care if they make the same mistake over and over again because ''they don't fire people'' for lack of skills/intelligence. Also, it seems that the upper management doesn't care that much if the turn-over is huge : they don't see the affect on the ''good/skilled'' employees who still ''sticks'' with the company because they are always reminded in meeting that the company is working hard to make them happy!! good one....
