Pros
Senior management are approachable and very informative regarding company performance. People are positive and generally work hard. Good opportunities to travel and work in a variety of offshore and onshore roles in a wide variety of countries. Some of the graduates have had really good experiences, new qualifications and management style training due to specific roles.
Cons
Very engineering focused to the detriment of all other functions. Sometimes, it can be very slow due to the inherent idea of projects. The role has a massive effect on how you perceive the company and how much you get to do. Commercial or Supply Chain functions are looked down on.
