    Very dynamic and varied department covering a wide range of Vessel and Equipment Projects.

    Cons

    None that spring emediately to mind. I was just unlucky during the downturn.

    Well managed and dedicated workforce with great work ethics.

    Top management should at least once a year get to know what the engineers are doing and how they are feeling

    Bullying is rife amongst middle managers, safety is compromised for bottom line. CPD and external courses discouraged
