Pros

Lots of freedom, in the field most of the time. I have a really good account manager who always look out for me when the dealers try to put blame else where. Decent pay, really good benefits. Overall great position. Hired as a T-Mobile employee

Cons

The position is an indirect sales position. There are a lot of things you have to control that's out of your control. Dealers can be very shady with unethical business practices. A lot of the dealers have no accountability and want corporate to do everything for them
