      Pros

      Decent pay flexible hrs if in the right store right team can be fun job.

      Cons

      Most manager are clueless about being a manager they coast a lot of the time especially if they have a veteran sales staff. Company changes what they want to do to often. Also it’s who you are cool with that gets you promoted they like for you to be a sheep.
