Pros
Good benefits. Coworkers are great and make time go faster!
Cons
Sales is not my thing but this company made it unbearable to sell things with a good conscious. The metrics that change every month are very unattainable and made me question the integrity of some leaders who wanted me to do sketchy things just to make a sale. There is also no room for promotion. It’s not what you know it’s who you know so the “we promote from within” is not true. You have to drink the koolaid if you want anyone to notice or help you move up. Managers and coaches are never on the same page, making it hard to get consistent answers within 1 team. Lots of misinformation all the time. The shifts suck and mornings are specifically reserved for tenured employees even if they aren’t all that great.. For rewards you get pizza, or Red Bull or king size candy bars. For a place that has you sitting all day they don’t offer many healthy rewards. Lastly the customers are the worst. Tmobile makes a lot of promises but because of how sketchy some reps are, you are likely going to deal with angry customers who got wrong info. It happened every other call and somehow you were still expected to get a 10 on every survey.
