Pros
T-Mobile is a great place to work, my manager is not just a manager she is a great leader, and leads by example. Her boss is also great, he is a try leader as well not just a manager. They both have given me the tools I need to become a better sales rep.
Cons
The only downside to T-Mobile is that the onboarding proccess can take sometimes longer then it should. I have seen qualified applicatents walk away because of the time it takes to get hired.
