Pros

One thing I will give them credit for is their extremely low employee phone rates. That is a great perk. And there are some nice people there.

Cons

This particular position is crazy. It is a collections position (generally incoming calls), but the things you are required to while you are on that call are nuts. You have to nogotiate a payment within certain parameters and service the customer's account, and leave a smile on their face even though you just pushed them for money in a very, very, very short period of time. If it was just collections, it would be whole different ball game, but the metrics that they have in place can be met by very few people. They say that your call time will average out if you get stuck on a long call but the requirements are so tough that its not really true. If you have more than 2 long calls in a day, forget it. There seems to be a few people that can do this job really well and I'll admit that those people make good money. Everyone else gets out of there pretty quick.

Pros

Wireless service discount Decent vision insurance Co-workers

Cons

Leadership Scheduling Work/life balance Stress Broken everything - half of the tools and resources don’t work No room to grow your career anymore unless you suck up. If you’re blunt and honest you’ll be an outcast - they’ve fostered an environment where they only want cheerleaders. Constantly changing goal posts Frequent restructuring
