Culture, forward thinking and inclusive company, laid back culture but also expects hard work and effort
Cons
I work remote and at times can feel left out, but that's no fault of the company. I believe that the roles are one level off on pay. The role I perform currently would be a Sr. Manager role at any other company and come with higher pay. The other con is that I can no longer move up in my current department unless I choose to relocated to the Corp Office in TX.
