I worked for the company for many years, and I have always been treated with respect. The company has always been honest and up front about changes being made. They would work with employees having difficulty with company changes and had an excellent training program. *Great Benefits *Great Recognition programs *Great People
Cons
The last two years working for the company were very stressful. Corporate leaders were not forthcoming or truthful about company changes and many employee questions were not answered (redirecting or avoiding). Management would not listen to employees and they would micro manage to the point employees would no longer answer managements questions (management already had the answers, so why bother). Management spent money frivolously, rather than spending the money on improving the facility adequately. Many employee programs were cut the last two years, yet several managers continued to self-indulge.
