Pros
Peers are all great, overall good experience. I learned a lot that has been extremely beneficial in my career.
Cons
District managers and above are a walking meme. Total joke. We are all adults that work here. They all come off as over enthusiastic elementary school teachers. None of the DMs and up worked the front lines at T-Mobile or any other carrier. They all were hired from outside the company from places like Bath and Body Works. I mean, I am expected to value sales advice from someone that squirted lotion onto peoples hands??
