Pros
It completely depends on what department you work in if your job will be worth it. They have a good product and if you are lucky enough to work in the right department, it can be a good job.
Cons
I was recruited to work at Tableau on the promise of a good team environment and moved to Seattle for the job. I was happy for one month and was yelled at by my boss (many times) and put down in front of others by her boss, who is the worst leader I have ever worked for. I've had a good reputation as being a creative, bright and dedicated employee until I worked there. I went to HR about my issues and a month later was "laid off." The people in that department who are creating such a negative morale are still there. Part of the marketing department is run well, the other part (events) is a total mess.
