Pros
I've seen a few reviews saying pay is not fair. I disagree with that. There are opportunities left and right to increase your pay substantially if you play it intelligently. Lots of room for growth and professional development.
Cons
They are hiring you because you're intelligent and they're looking for the best, so they're going to ask a lot. Still I've never felt it was more than I could handle and if I did, a rational conversation could be had to figure out how to improve for both parties. If you like being kept busy and like challenges this is good for you.
