      Good work life balance overall. Many good colleagues.

      Cons

      A lack of transparency and organizational strategy at the level of upper management. Everyday felt like the first day and no one knew how to do tasks or who to ask about it because the guidance is poor and processes changed frequently.

      Great culture and opportunity to work alongside brilliant people. Work life balance is what you make it. Good opportunity to explore other areas and expand skills.

      Cons

      Things seem to get bottlenecked and there tends to be unclear expectations and lack of ability to use the skills you develop in new roles. Really hard to move up internally
